Repurchase Defense – The AMC has deep pockets relative to the appraiser, so a Repurchase Demand is most likely to come to you when there is a default. APC provides the most successful support for your defense.
Vendor and Staff Training – Minimizing call-backs is the objective. Fewer call-backs means lower labor costs and faster delivery to the client. APC’s training seminars provide perspective from both appraiser and staff to enable them to work better together. Required Staff USPAP training is also available.
